Teaming up with renowned chef Neil Rankin from Symplicity Foods, the Twisted offer is a specially created, bespoke vegan burger, as well as a side of vegan loaded fries. They were designed and recipe-tested by Neil Rankin in collaboration with Tom Jackson, Creative Director of Twisted London, and Lean Kitchen Network and Jungle Creations. The recipe for the Symplicity burger consists of a burger patty loaded with cumin lamb ragu, coriander, mint, ranch sauce, served in a toasted vegan brioche bun. It’s a light, fresh burger, bursting with the flavours of summer. The cumin lamb is also replicated on the loaded fries. Both options will be available to purchase from Twisted London’s stall at Mercato Metropolitano which is located in Elephant and Castle (42 Newington Causeway, London SE1 6DR from today.)
