Mallory Simmonds appointed chief executive officer at Jungle

We have appointed Mallory Simmonds as chief executive officer of Jungle Creations. Mallory joins us from Kepler Group, where she spent more than a decade, most recently serving as CEO across EMEA and APAC.

Her appointment marks an important moment for our business as social continues to mature into a commercial driver for brands. Mallory will lead the next phase of growth for Jungle, building on the strength of our publisher powered model and the unique combination of audience insight, creative capability and commercial partnerships that sit behind it.

A leader built for growth

Mallory brings deep experience at the intersection of data, media and commercial strategy.

At Kepler Group, she launched the London office in 2018 and led the integration of Infectious Media following its acquisition in 2020. Before moving to London, she built and led Kepler’s Marketing Analytics practice in New York.

Her track record includes scaling agency businesses through both organic growth and successful integration following acquisition. That experience aligns closely with our ambition to continue expanding our capabilities while delivering stronger commercial outcomes for clients.

Built on a publisher powered model

Jungle operates a publisher powered model that combines creative, data and owned audiences to drive measurable growth for brands.

Insights from our owned media network, including Twisted, VT and Four Nine, are translated into actionable strategy through proprietary tools such as JungleIQ and Pollinate. This allows brands to move faster, make smarter decisions and connect culture directly to commercial performance.

Mallory’s leadership will focus on accelerating this model as social becomes an increasingly important part of business strategy.

A leadership team designed for the future

Mallory joins an experienced senior leadership team at Jungle, working alongside chief operating and finance officer Katie O’Reilly, chief publishing officer Siobhan McDade and chief growth officer Jade Raad.

Together, this team brings expertise across operations, publishing, growth and commercial strategy. The all female leadership line up was not planned, but it reflects the strength of talent within our business and the leadership we have built over time.

Leadership perspective

Katie O’Reilly, chief operating and finance officer at Jungle, said:

Mallory stood out from the moment we met. She has a strong commercial mind, a genuine understanding of data and insight, and a clear view of what it takes to grow a business with discipline behind it. She recognised what we are building at Jungle immediately, and that instinct matters just as much as the experience she brings. We are incredibly excited to welcome her.

Mallory Simmonds, chief executive officer at Jungle, said:

Social is a proven growth driver, and the brands winning today are those treating it as a business priority. Jungle is uniquely positioned to support this shift, operating at the intersection of world class social publishing and outcomes focused partnerships. I am excited to be joining a team with both the talent and the ambition to define the next era of social.
